• Your profile

  1. Your expertise in Java system environments and web technologies is solid.
  2. You have basic knowledge in Java or frontend development, preferably React.
  3. You enjoy delving into technical and business topics and discussing them with customers.
  4. Our company language is German, but you can also communicate with our customers in English if needed.
  5. You have a communicative and open personality and know how to convince customers.
  6. Your problem-solving skills, structured approach, and both creative and analytical thinking enable you to enhance our product, Formcentric, for our customers.

• Your task

  1. You receive, analyze, and evaluate customer inquiries.
  2. Independently or together with the development team, you develop solution strategies.
  3. You discuss solution approaches with customers, sometimes joining video conferences to collaborate on the next steps.
  4. As part of our agile approach, you make minor adjustments to the product yourself.
  5. You conduct training sessions for developers and content editors.
